The hotel had perfect views of the Pilar festival and was conveniently located inside Plaza del Pilar, offering everything at your doorstep. The rooms were uncomfortably small, but surprisingly quiet, and equipped with a fridge and safe. The dining experience was good for the money, with a varied selection that may get repetitive after a while. The service was pleasant and helpful, although they refused to go the extra mile in some instances.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room had a wonderful view of Pilar and was spacious, overlooking a small patio area. The location is superb, right in the center of the historical town just opposite the main cathedral. The service was top-notch with helpful staff. The dining options were excellent with a particularly good waitress. However, the breakfast was standard. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a wonderful view of Pilar, spacious rooms were clean and modern, but the darkness and glass door to the bathroom were minor drawbacks. The service was super friendly and helpful, especially with tips for exploring the area. The location is perfect for easy access to bars and restaurants, though some noise disturbances were noted. The dining options were good but limited, with a buffet style spread. Overall, a great value for money stay near the cathedral and the old city.

The hotel is ideally situated in the center of the historical town, opposite the main cathedral, perfect for exploring during the day and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms, while cozy, may feel a bit tired and small compared to other places in Spain, but serve their purpose if you are mainly using them for sleeping. The service was pleasant and convenient, with parking just a few meters away. The dining experience was mostly satisfying, except for the non-natural orange juice. Overall, a great location with some minor room size issues to consider.

I found the hotel to be a cozy place with small rooms that are perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring the city during the day. The en-suite bathroom was convenient, but the decor seemed a bit tired. The service was friendly and helpful, especially when providing tour and ticket assistance. The location in El Pilar offered lovely views of the square and easy access to key attractions like the cathedral and the Teatro Principal. The dining experience in the cool medieval cellar room was enjoyable with a selection of cheeses, cured meats, and bread. The facilities were decent, and the discounted underground parking was a nice perk.
